ITbook Holdings Co., LTD. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo, Ticker code: 1447, Representative Director and President: Toshimori Mae) has decided to change its company name to SAAF Holdings Co., Ltd. (pronounced as Surf) from September 1, 2024, with approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders held today.
As five years have passed since our establishment, we have once again clarified our company’s vision and are embarking on major organizational reorganization and structural reforms as we enter a new stage of growth. As part of this effort, we have decided to change our company name to “SAAF Holdings.”
The new company name, SAAF, stands for “Support As A Foundation,” and literally translates to “support as a foundation.” The goal is to become a “social problem-solving company” in which each business recognizes social issues, works to solve them, creates new value, and contributes to society. Taking this company name change as an opportunity, the entire group will work together to contribute to the realization of a more prosperous society.
